Wayne plays a role in every data collection effort at Stillwater Sciences in some capacity. He has supervised and performed field data collection on projects relating to fisheries, instream flow, hydrology, and watershed assessment in California and Oregon. He ensures data sheets match up to databases, and that data analysis is checked and then re-checked. In addition, he has over 15 years of experience as a licensed bander of migratory raptors.
