Principal/Senior Fisheries Biologist

Scott is responsible for development, implementation, evaluation, and management of environmental studies, particularly aquatic studies associated with hydroelectric and other water resource projects. He has more than 35 years of experience in FERC relicensing and aquatic resource project management; FERC licensing and compliance studies; environmental impact analysis for fish, wildlife, and water quality; computer modeling of stream hydraulic and temperature conditions; instream flow data collection and analysis; and technical aquatic studies. His other interests include bike riding, hiking, scuba diving, golf, woodworking, and activities his kids and grandkids are involved in.
