Sapna oversees all Stillwater staff and is responsible for the overall strategic, financial, operational, and technical goals of the company. Sapna leads the company’s strategic planning efforts, is responsible for the firm’s overall financial performance, implements the vision for overall technical direction of company, and oversees resource allocation, strategic recruiting, marketing and business development, IT, equipment, and technical staff. She is ultimately responsible for the firm ‘s financial results and the successful execution of strategic plans. Sapna is accountable to the Board of Directors and our employee owners. Sapna began as an intern with the company in 1999 when Stillwater was a staff of about 15 and only one office location; she was appointed CEO in 2015 and President in 2017. Sapna is proud to be at the helm of a company where everyone forges their own career path and supports each other’s growth and goals.
