Sanjana Roy
GIS Technician
Sanjana joined our Berkeley office in 2022 having recently graduated from Middlebury College, Vermont with a degree in Architecture and Environmental Studies. Her interdisciplinary background, including experience in Conservation Biology and Geography as well, stems from her interests in urban socio-ecological resilience and the intersection of the built and natural environments. Sanjana loves digging into data. She has always admired GIS for being a powerful and creative tool to process and visualize spatial information and enjoys its wide-ranging applications. She is excited to be working at Stillwater Sciences to meet spatial data and cartographic needs. Sanjana is an aspiring landscape architect looking to closely integrate the fields of ecological restoration and regenerative design. Outside of work, she enjoys urban sketching, ceramics, working out, kayaking/canoeing, and exploring the local food scene.
