Environmental Engineer
Sam is an environmental engineer experienced in green infrastructure design, water and wastewater treatment plant design and construction, and sewer and water rehabilitation planning, water quality field monitoring and data analysis, invasive species removal strategy, floodplain mapping, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and endangered southern California steelhead fish passage design. This experience has included the technical design of water treatment processes, construction techniques and staging as well as on-site design support, and collection and distribution system planning. Environmental compliance experience has included developing and executing water quality monitoring plans, fisheries and aquatic resources restoration, assessing drainage areas and flood risks, siting green infrastructure installations, and technical analysis of water quality data. In addition, Sam is experienced in hydrologic studies for watersheds of varying size and characteristics throughout the country.
