With over 20 years of experience in aquatic and terrestrial biology, focused in salmonid habitat and fish population assessments, Russ is able to apply his extensive experience in both biotic and physical sampling techniques to a wide range of monitoring and sampling approaches. As a fisheries and aquatics technical lead, Russ approaches complex environmental issues with creative, science-based techniques, and has considerable experience working with multi-agency and private landowner collaborative workgroups in project design, permitting, implementation, and management plan development.
