Megan Keever
Senior Botanist
Megan’s expertise includes ecosystem restoration design, monitoring of wetland and riparian ecosystems, special-status plant species research and surveys, invasive plant surveys and assessment, and wetlands delineation. Megan has led revegetation design and monitoring efforts throughout the San Francisco Bay-Delta region and Coast Ranges; conducted extensive floristic surveys across California and the Pacific Northwest from forests and woodlands to fens, vernal pools, marshes, and grasslands; monitored rare plant populations to examine effective restoration techniques and understand population drivers; and prepared local, state, and federal environmental permit applications for a variety of restoration and levee repair projects. Outside of work, Megan enjoys adventures with her kids, painting, cooking, and camping, hiking, backpacking, or just breathing in the outdoors.
