Joelle started with Stillwater in 2023 as a botanist. Prior to joining the Stillwater team, Joelle gained experience in a wide array of botanical skills and shorebird monitoring working at Coal Oil Point Reserve in Santa Barbara. She specializes in plant ecology, fire ecology, GIS, restoration ecology, and water quality, going out into the field to collect whatever data is needed to support Stillwater projects. When not working, Joelle enjoys board games, caving, hiking, camping, and dancing.
