Jessica has more than 30 years of experience in environmental consulting. Her expertise includes project and technical management/coordination of large complex interdisciplinary projects. Jessica has extensive experience with facilitation and public involvement on watershed assessments, technical review and editing, and communication and outreach. With a robust knowledge of ecosystems and watershed processes, Jessica also brings a keen understanding of the human element and influence on the landscape. She has managed large-scale and small-scale projects for federal, state, and local agencies as well as water supply/protection organizations.
