Heather Neff
Senior Aquatic Ecologist
Heather Neff has more than 15 years of experience in ecology, specializing in aquatic studies associated with hydroelectric and other water resource projects. She manages and leads scientific investigations for a variety of projects including FERC hydroelectric relicensing and license compliance; water resource environmental impact assessment; aquatic habitat restoration; biological and recreation resource assessment and monitoring; and environmental compliance. Heather has a broad range of skills for planning, data collection, analysis and management of multidisciplinary environmental studies. Heather enjoys rafting, camping, cooking, travel, and photography.
