Harmony joined Stillwater in 2023 as our Director of People & Culture. Before joining Stillwater, Harmony spent 18 years in human-centered management and leadership roles in professional services firms, including law, architecture, and engineering. She has a passion for building internal systems that allow talented people to thrive while keeping a firm’s culture and strategy in alignment. In her role at Stillwater, Harmony works closely with both operational and technical leaders to maintain and build on Stillwater’s rich culture of engaged employee-owners, rigorous scientific inquiry, and community-building. Harmony is based out of our Portland office.
