Fisheries Biologist

Catlin is a Fisheries Biologist, joining the Stillwater team with experience and education in freshwater and marine ecology. After pursuing a professional career with the Missouri Department of Conservation as a state astacologist, he pursued further education at the University of Maine for anadromous fish ecology. Catlin is excited to be working with Stillwater in fish population, habitat use, and permitting. Catlin is originally from Georgia, and is excited to learn about the fauna, flora, and geology of California. In his spare time, he likes to backpack, mountain bike, and learn more about native plants.

 

Education: Ph.D., Marine Biology; M.S., Fisheries and Allied Aquacultures; B.S., Environmental Sciences
