Cassidy Gilmore
Staff Engineer
Cassidy grew up in the Klamath River Basin spending time fishing, swimming, and hiking around the watershed. She became invested in ecosystem health early in her life and that has propelled her to pursue a career in ecosystem restoration. Prior to joining Stillwater, her experiences included working on the construction of large-scale river restoration projects in the Klamath Basin with the Yurok Tribe, providing engineering support at a hydrology consulting firm, and conducting research on the effect of “Pond and Plug” restoration with the RiverLab at UC Berkeley. Cassidy specializes in technical engineering support for river restoration projects through the use of CAD, hydraulic modeling, and topographic surveying. She loves that her position requires her to apply a range of hydrology, geomorphology, and ecology principles to solve engineering problems.
