Carol has more than 36 years of experience working as a consultant and as forester for the U.S. Forest Service.  She manages hydropower relicensing and compliance projects, prepares environmental documents and management plans, and designs and conducts studies related to recreation, land use, and aesthetic resources. Carol conducts studies related to whitewater boating, developed recreation facilities, dispersed recreation use, wilderness, trails, and visual resources. She integrates study findings with other resource needs as well as land management agency policies and direction to provide comprehensive land planning for projects. Carol enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, horseback riding, and spending time with family.
