Iliana joins Stillwater after a recent relocation to Sacramento, where where she looks forward to paddleboarding and improving her swimming skills in the warm summers. Iliana began her professional journey in the hospitality industry, where she built a strong foundation in customer service, organization, and people-oriented work. Over time, her interest in supporting others grew into a passion for Human Resources, and she is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in human resource management. Outside of work and school, Iliana loves cooking and baking whenever she gets the chance, often using it as a creative outlet.
