Dylan’s interests focus on the diverse aspects that contribute to the physical development of a watershed. He specializes in fluvial and hillslope geomorphology, Quaternary geology, hydrology, engineering and restoration geology, geologic and seismic hazards, slope stability, sediment production and storage, erosion prevention, field implementation of technical equipment, and the countless ways these disciplines interface with aquatic, riparian, and upland ecosystems. Dylan is a licensed Professional Geologist and Certified Engineering Geologist in California and Registered Geologist in Oregon.

Licensure: California licensed Professional Geologist (#9336) and Certified Engineering Geologist (#2754); Oregon Registered Geologist (#G2523)
