Aleksandra Wydzga
Hydrologist/Fluvial Geomorphologist
Aleks is a professional hydrologist and fluvial geomorphologist with expertise in abiotic and biotic riverine processes that create and maintain aquatic habitat. She has 20 years of experience investigating earth surface processes involving the interaction of biophysical dynamics and anthropogenic activities. She has provided technical expertise on a wide variety of projects including hydrologic and geomorphic investigations; restoration planning, design, and construction; erosion assessments and sediment budgets; ecohydrologic modeling; and, riverine, lake, and estuary management throughout the western U.S. Aleks is principally interested in providing clients with science-based, cost-effective strategies needed to implement sustainable land and water-uses and resource conservation.
