Patrick has lived on the Central Coast for more than 15 years after moving to attend Cal Poly. He has a B.S. in Soil Science from Cal Poly with a concentration in Soil and Water Chemistry and just finished his M.S. in Environmental Sciences and Management, also from Cal Poly. Patrick’s main expertise is in geochemistry, water chemistry, and hydrology. These days, he finds the most rewarding work to be conserving and protecting our most vulnerable biomes and natural systems. He enjoys spending his days either in the ocean surfing, mountain biking the ridges above the sea, or backpacking amongst the high places of the Sierra Nevada.
