James has over 40 years of accounting experience, including as a CPA, working in senior accounting and management roles in the Architecture and Engineering industry, and has held a designation as a Certified Information Systems Auditor. In addition, he has managed IT and implemented and managed accounting and other operational support software systems. James is a resident of the East Bay, and loves the cultural and recreational opportunities in the region. James’ favorite thing Stillwater does is restoration work, and in his spare time he enjoys learning, hiking, kayaking, snow skiing, photography (nature, still life, peeps, travel), the arts, music, and spending time with friends and family. He is Past President of the Walnut Grove Rotary Club, and prides himself on being an accountant with a sense of humor, who can also turn a wrench, sink a nail, wire an outlet, and more.
