Maddy is a biologist specializing in animal ecology and behavior research, with experience in hands-on and remote data collection methods in terrestrial and marine field settings around the world. She has worked with mammals, birds, herpetofauna, fish, and aquatic invertebrates. She is also experienced in data management, scientific writing, and environmental education. She joined Stillwater in 2021 to provide field, technical, and administrative support for Stillwater’s Southern California projects. In her free time, Maddy enjoys painting, gardening, and searching for nudibranchs in Southern California tidepools.
