
Julian Jiang
Landscape Architecture Designer
Julian is a landscape architecture designer in our Los Angeles office. He is currently working on one of the country’s most exciting projects-Los Angeles River Fish Passage. Also, he is scheming the Comprehensive Adaptive Management and Monitoring Program. His research interests emphasize framing sustainable systems and resilient urban design prototypes. Julian’s team thesis project at USC won the Student ASLA National Award of Excellence in the research category, the highest honor for student awards in landscape architecture, demonstrating his research and graphic capabilities. More importantly, his study at USC about ecology (native plantings, soil science, and design) has been a critical foundation for his work at Stillwater. Julian is a LEED accredited professional for building design and construction. He also acquired a WELL AP credential, which signifies knowledge in human health and wellness in the built environment, and specialization in the WELL Building Standard. Ecological restoration is an important part of his design approach and career development interests.
