Erin is a plant and pollinator ecologist with experience identifying native and invasive plant species from the Pacific Northwest to California, implementing USFWS- and CDFW-protocol surveys for rare plants and vegetation mapping, and investigating plant and pollinator population dynamics. Erin has experience monitoring rare plant, and pollinator populations to help inform agencies and landowners devising long-term monitoring plans and to guide land management decisions ensuring the protection of these species.
