Scott focuses on fluvial and coastal geomorphic investigations, restoration design, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and GIS analysis of watershed processes, and watershed management plans. Scott manages and provides his expertise to projects focusing on the relationship between sediment transport processes and salmonid population dynamics, the effects of land disturbance on watershed hydrologic and channel geomorphic processes in both riverine and coastal habitats, and monitoring sediment transport dynamics and channel geomorphic change in regulated watersheds. In his spare time, Scott enjoys cycling very long distances.
