Traveling north on Interstate 5 (with point of origin at Sea Tac Airport):
Head north approximately 22 miles (passing Boeing airfield, downtown core area, and over Montlake cut on I-5 bridge).
Take the 45th Street exit to the right.
Get in the right lane and take a right onto 45th. (now heading east).
Go three blocks and take a right turn on 12th. Ave.
Go two blocks (it will appear as only 1), and take left turn on 43rd. Address 1314 NE 43rd. Suite 203.
Look for parking anywhere within the area, there are several pay lots.

Or, if staying at the University Tower hotel:
Take a left turn onto 12th., and park at the hotel parking lot, which is complimentary is staying there.
Then simply walk two blocks south to NE 43rd Steet. Address 1314 NE 43rd. Suite 210.

Note:
When traveling north on I-5, as you approach downtown exits, you will see the option to take I-5 North Express Lanes, which definitely help to avoid the chronic backups through downtown. If you take the express lanes, note that there is NO exit for 45th. Street, so you have to take the 42nd Street exit (to the right) and wind you way back north a block to 43rd.
